'TROY: FALL OF A CITY'
EPIC SERIES CAST ANNOUNCED
I've recently informed you that BBC and Netflix are making new epic series TROY: FALL OF A CITY and today the cast has been announced! 8 part epic tale of mortals and gods, will go back to the judgement of Paris, his scandalous love affair with Helen, and the
ill-starred prophecy surrounding his birth. Centred around the Trojan royal family at the heart of the siege, and combining thrilling adventure with heart breaking intimacy, it will deal with existence and identity; of people battling to retain their sense of humanity and compassion amid the devastation and destruction of war.

TOM WESTON JONES AS HECTOR!
Louis Hunter (pic 1) and Bella Dayne (pic 2) will star as Paris and Helen, the two lovers whose passionate affair plunges Greece and Troy into war, threatening to bring both empires to their knees. David Threlfall plays Paris’ father, King Priam of Troy, Frances O’Connor is Hecuba, Queen of Troy, and Tom Weston Jones (pic 1) is their eldest
son Hector. Joseph Mawle is Odysseus, Chloe Pirrie Andromache, Johnny Harris Agamemnon, Jonas Armstrong (pic 2) Menelaos, the King of Sparta whose marriage to Helen is destroyed when Paris arrives in his city. For some reason, BBC has decided that ancient Greeks were black casting David Gyasi as Achilles, and Alfred Enoch as the Trojan general Aeneas!
