DANIEL HENNEY IN THE ROLE OF LORD MANDRAGORAN
Amazon has found its Lord of the Seven Towers, and he is quite a hunk: Daniel Henney has just joined Amazon's TV series adaptation of
Robert Jordan's epic fantasy adventure THE WHEEL OF TIME which already has Rosamund Pike and a bunch of other youngsters in the cast. In the super expensive saga, Henney will play al’Lan Mandragoran, Lord of the Seven Towers, the uncrowned king and only survivor of the royal line of the fallen kingdom of Malkier.

THE WHEEL OF TIME
follows Moirane (Rosamund Pike), a member of the incredibly powerful all female organization called the Aes Sedai, as she arrives in the small town of Two Rivers. There, she embarks on a dangerous, world spanning journey with five young men and women, one of whom is prophesied to be the Dragon Reborn, who will either save or destroy humanity.
