Hallmark has announced that next February will be filled with Jane Austen inspired movies. Four films include PAGING MR. DARCY with Mallory Jansen and Will Kemp in which love of Jane Austen’s stories helps two people overcome their pride and admit to their belief in love. February 10th brings LOVE & JANE in which a woman finds guidance from Jane Austen, quite literally. It stars Alison Sweeney and Benjamin ![]()
Ayres. AN AMERICAN IN AUSTEN follows a librarian who thinks that no man can live up to Mr. Darcy and gets an unexpected chance to find out if that’s true. Eliza Bennett, Nicholas Bishop, and Nell Barlow will star in it on February 17th. The last weekend brings sumptuously beautiful adaptation of SENSE & SENSIBLITY, starring Deborah Ayorinde, Bethany Antonia, Dan Jeannotte, and Akil Largie. I am guessing it will be period set.
